fennel cheese and honey
Recipe: Roll out the fennel slices on the plate, fill the center with flakes of pecorino then sprinkle with a little honey and some fennel seed. Garnish with fennel and serve. Ingredients for 4 people: 12 thin slices of fennel; Acacia honey; Pecorino cheese semistagionato in flakes; Fennel seeds; Fennel.
